4 Resort Exchange
We are excited to share that the 4 Resort Exchange will start for the 2023/24 season on January 8. The 4 Resort Exchange program provides reciprocal ski/ride privileges to the staff at Deer Valley Resort, Solitude Mountain Resort, Brighton and Park City Mountain.
How to pick up 4 Resort Voucher:
- Coupons can be picked up a week in advance from the Guest Service Desk.
- Mountain Village: Main floor Legacy Lodge
- Canyons Village: Ski School Sales Office next to Day Lodge.
- Employees MUST request the pass coupon by using the request tool in EPIC Employee. My Location,
- Employees must only show up between the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm to pick up pass.
- Managers are able to pick up coupon for employees unable to make it within these operating hours.
You must bring Employee ID with you to claim coupon.
4 Resort Exchange Program Guidelines:
- Program dates: January 8, 2024 – April 7, 2024
- Exchange black-out dates (all resorts):
- January 15, 2024
- February 14-23, 2024
- March 11-22, 2024
- All resort coupons are valid Monday – Friday ONLY
- Brighton coupons are good for night riding Monday- Thursday
- Employees missing work while utilizing an exchange voucher will be subject to suspension from this program and other possible repercussions.
- Full time staff are eligible for 2 coupons per week (not for the same resort) up to 16 coupons for the season
- Part time staff are eligible for 1 coupon per week for up to 8 coupons for the season
- On-call staff are eligible for 1 coupon per week for up to 3 coupons total per season
Temporary staff do not qualify for this benefit
NOTE: The participating resorts reserve the right to amend this program at any time.
- 4 Resort Exchange coupons are for use by active staff only and are not for friends or family
- Any staff member who transfers, sells, or trades a 4 Resort Exchange coupon is subject to prosecution for theft of services and termination of employment
- Any staff member who crosses an area boundary, enters a closed area, skis or rides in a manner that endangers himself/herself or others, or is inconsiderate of other resort guests or staff, is subject to discipline, up to and including termination
Staff must show their identification badge to redeem the coupon at the participating resort.
